Food Safety – No Returns or Refunds on Treats
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any food items, including our natural dog treats. This policy ensures that all customers receive fresh, uncontaminated products every time.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. However, once your parcel leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product(s) and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- For your convenience, we will assist where possible by providing order confirmation, tracking numbers, or any other documentation required to support your claim.
Incorrect Orders
If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) received
- A description of the issue
If an error was made on our part, we will promptly correct it at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders are processed and shipped promptly and cannot be cancelled.
