Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

How do subscriptions work?
Your subscription will renew automatically based on the delivery schedule you choose, and your items will be shipped out after each successful renewal. For example, if you choose a monthly subscription, your card will be charged every month on the date of the first purchase and your treats will arrive at your door without you having to place a new order each time.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your customer account. The only exception is if you signed up for a subscription that requires a minimum number of payments before cancellation. You can access your account using the magic link emailed to you when you first subscribed, or by logging into your account if youāve created one.
How do I skip or reschedule a payment?
You can easily skip or change an upcoming charge in your customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will show a āSkip paymentā button, and a āRescheduleā button next to the date if youād like to move it.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment canāt be processed, payments will be retried after 3 days, 3 times. If it fails after the 3 attempts, your subscription will be paused. You will then have to set it up again to resume subscriptions.
What does my payment cover?
If you purchase your first box in December, you will receive Januarys box within the first week of January. If you purchase your box in January, you will receive Februarys box within the first week of February. Payments are in advance, for the following month.
Subscription Terms & Conditions
By purchasing this subscription box, you agree to recurring monthly payments (on the date you made the first payment) until the subscription is cancelled. You can edit, pause and cancel subscriptions in your account.
Treat selections may vary each month depending on stock and seasonal availability. All treats are natural, but it is the customerās responsibility to ensure suitability for their dogās dietary needs and to supervise their dog while chewing.
Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. Refunds are not issued once a box has been shipped. By signing up to this monthly subscription box, you will receive items relating to the proteins listed on the product listing each month.
Please check each individual itemās listing for full composition and nutritional information. Treat boxes will be posted for delivery during the first week of the month.
